  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan.

  • We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–6 working days depending on your location.

6. Returns & Exchange

  • We only accept returns or exchanges in case of wrong, damaged, or defective items.

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by sharing an unboxing video or clear pictures.
